Title : Smart Agents for Intelligent Data Extraction and Validation in 401(k) Plan Management
Abstract:
Manual processing of 401(k) plan documents, such
as Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and amendments, is tedious,
error-prone, and time-consuming. This research introduces
an AI-driven framework leveraging Natural Language Processing
(NLP) and Computer Vision for automated data extraction,
classification, and validation. The proposed system significantly
improves accuracy (20% over manual methods), reduces processing
time (by 60%), and decreases errors (by 35%).
We validate our approach through comparative analysis and realworld
case studies, providing a detailed guide for implementation.
This work sets the stage for further innovations in document
management systems and expands its applicability to other
industries.
